This applies to your account

BookJumper uses your shared All Yours Hub account. This request concerns that account and its associated personal data, not just one book, folder, or local file.

Save what you want to keep

Save any reading notes, uploaded materials, and Cognitive Twin Card content you want to keep. Deleted data cannot be restored once deletion is complete.

Immediate deletion after verification; no retention

Once your deletion request is verified, we immediately delete the account and its associated personal data, with no waiting period or additional retention. This includes account and sign-in information, cloud uploads and recordings, reading notes and annotations, AI conversations, study records, and other personal data associated with the account. Retained data categories: none. Additional retention period: none.

Request status and local files

This form submits a request for verification and processing. Submission alone does not mean deletion is complete; you can cancel a pending request. Files stored only on your device cannot be remotely removed through cloud account deletion. Delete those files or clear app storage on that device.
